WITHDRAWALS: An applicant may withdraw before the course's beginning date and receive a full refund minus a $45 processing fee. There is no refund for withdrawals after the course has begun. October 10, 2008, is last day for students to withdraw from a Fall semester course. A "W" grade will appear on the permanent record.
